It was a short drive from the Giant Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede suspended bridge and from Portrush where we ended up spending most of our evenings (beach, boardwalk, rides, restaurants). The only let down was privacy, the next pod was right beside us. Hot tub is private because it’s at the side of the pod and it’s well covered but when out the front you’re only separated from the next pod with a small fence and because it is only a few feet away if they were also out the front it would be hard not to hear their conversation. It made me feel slightly awkward and I was very aware not to make much noise as I didn’t want to disturb the next pod.

To be fair the next pod to us were as respectful as we were and there wasn’t any loud noise but it could have been very different and it would have ruined our stay.

The pod was provided with all you needed. They had dressing gowns, slippers, towels, sticks for the fire pit, cups, plates, cutlery, milk, a breakfast basket and instructions on how to use things.

She provided us with bath robes, a water proof speaker for... read more the hot tub, some snacks for breakfast and a list of all the recommendations we could possibly need for taxis, restaurants, attractions etc. We were able to check-in by ourselves whenever suited us best after 3pm and Linda greeted us briefly shortly after to show us how to work the hottub and to make sure we had everything we needed. After that we had the place to ourselves and we really enjoyed the accommodation. If you want to find more photos of what the pods offer there are some better photos on Google maps. We would highly recommend staying for at least two nights to get the most out of the accommodation and we could definitely see ourselves coming back again to explore more of the north coast as there is so much to do within a 30 minute drive. Overall, this is an excellent spot to stay with an excellent host.

We also had a gorgeous meal at the new Bushmills Townhouse which we would definitely recommend for a meal out.
